SeaChange Arts – The Out There Festival

We at ESP are very excited to visit the SeaChange Arts produced The Out There Festival in Great Yarmouth this weekend. There will be 50,000 people passing through St George’s Park as Out There Festival celebrates the growing arts scene in Norfolk. It’s not your ordinary arts festival though as things tend to get quite weird and wacky over the weekend with world class entertainment on offer on every street corner.
