Customisation
Decide what you’d like to print (e.g. logo, graphic, or text) and where it should be placed, common positions include chest, back, sleeves, or full-front designs.
STEP 3
PREPARE & UPLOAD
ARTWORK
For best results, supply artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF). Screen printing requires clean, high-resolution designs ideally at the size you want it printed.
STEP 4
Confirm quantities and sizes
Provide a full breakdown of sizes and quantities. Screen printing becomes more cost-effective at higher volumes, so increasing quantities can significantly reduce the cost per unit.
STEP 5
Quote & Payment
We’ll provide a detailed quote based on garment choice, print size, number of colours, and quantity. Once approved, an invoice will be issued to begin your order.
STEP 6
Review & approve your proof
After payment, you’ll receive a digital mock-up showing print size, placement, and colours. Please check all details carefully before approving, as this will be used for production.
STEP 7
Production & Delivery
Your design is separated by colour and screens are created for each layer of ink. Garments are then printed, cured, and finished. Lead times are typically 7–15 working days.
Design Considerations for Screen Printing
- Keep Colours Defined
Each colour requires a separate screen, so simpler colour palettes help keep costs down and improve consistency. - Avoid Fine Detail on Large Runs
Very small text or intricate details can fill in or lose sharpness, especially on fabric textures. - Gradients & Effects
Gradients and shading can be achieved, but may require specialist techniques (e.g. halftones) — we can advise on the best approach. - Consistency Across Bulk Orders
Screen printing is ideal for larger runs, offering excellent durability and consistent results across all garments.
